Animated TV commercial featuring adorable Master Good firefly characters who dislike cold weather. A follow-up to the original award-winning campaign, expanding the character universe with new firefly personalities. Created in collaboration with Roman Klis Design GmbH (Germany), directed by Paul Meyer.

Animated TV spot following a screen-addicted teenage chicken who rediscovers outdoor play with friends on a free-range farm. The team conducted field research with actual free-range chickens, studying their movements and unique characteristics to inform the animation. CG Supervisor on the Castle Double Malt TV campaign for SABMiller, a flagship South African beer brand. Live-action plates were enhanced with CG set extensions, atmospheric effects, and product visualisation to elevate the visual scope of the spot.

CG Supervisor on VFX-heavy TV campaigns for Chicken Licken, one of South Africa's most recognised fast food brands. Oversaw CG environment builds, creature effects, and live-action VFX integration. Worked closely with directors, agency producers, and partner studios like BlackGinger, coordinating across departments to deliver complex shots under tight broadcast deadlines.

Animated campaign for MTN Supersonic featuring 3D character design with strong silhouettes and distinct personalities. Each character received careful attention to personality development to create memorable, toylike characters. Created in collaboration with agency VMLY&R.

Character animation and VFX for brands across Ghana, Nigeria, the US, Indonesia, the UK, and Europe. Working across time zones and approval processes, delivering broadcast-quality CG from Johannesburg to international markets.

Houdini crowd simulations and creature effects for the ABC series Of Kings and Prophets, an international film and television production.

Texture and lighting work on the Kemps dairy campaign, bringing CG cows to life with photorealistic fur, skin shading, and natural lighting integration for the US market.

A selection of South African TV commercials spanning character animation, VFX, and product visualisation. The bread and butter of daily studio work that built the foundation for everything else. Earlier work (pre-2015) was produced in Softimage XSI before the studio's transition to Houdini.

My first major VFX project in the industry. Contributed VFX, lighting, shading, and simulation work to this Bollywood superhero blockbuster starring Shah Rukh Khan. The studio was one of the early beta testers for Solid Angle's Arnold renderer, using it in production before its public release. The film won the National Film Award and Filmfare Award for Best Special Effects.
