What this site collects
christopheleyder.com is a personal portfolio site. It does not currently use analytics, cookies, fingerprinting, or any client-side tracking. There is no contact form: the site offers a direct mailto: link to christopheleyder@gmail.com.
What your browser sends to the host
The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify's edge servers automatically receive standard HTTP request metadata when you visit a page (IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp) for the purpose of serving the content and operating the network. This data is processed by Netlify under their privacy policy. No additional data is logged or retained by the site owner beyond what Netlify collects by default.
Embedded third parties
Some pages embed video from third-party services. When you load a page that contains an embed, your browser establishes a connection to the embed provider, which may collect data under that provider's own privacy policy:
- Vimeo — project breakdowns and trailers (vimeo.com/privacy)
- YouTube — selected trailers and breakdowns (policies.google.com/privacy)
- Google Drive — private/NDA reels (policies.google.com/privacy)
- Google Fonts — webfonts loaded from fonts.googleapis.com
The site sets referrer-policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin on every page to limit referrer information sent to embed providers.
Cookies
The site does not set any cookies. sessionStorage is used briefly during a private review period to hold an authentication token; this is cleared automatically when the browser tab is closed and is removed entirely once the site goes public.
